Pumpkin souffle

So today I really wanted something pumpkin! So i decided on making souffle all you need is 
2 tsp. cold unsalted butter
1 Tbsp+ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup solid-pack pumpkin puree
1/2 cup packaged dark brown sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/2 tsp each cinnamon and ginger 
5 large egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Confectioner's sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. With butter, grease 6 souffle dishes or ramekins. Coat dishes with 1Tbsp granulates sugar. In bowl wisk pumpkin , brown sugar, yolk, cardamom,  cinnamon and ginger.
2. In bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. beat in 1/4 cup of granulated sugar on high until stiff peaks form. Fold half of whites into pumpkin; fold in remainder. Fill dishes to tops. Set on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until form around edges. Dust with confectionist' sugar.

 They were delicious! Hope you get to make them sometime!

General Conference



General Conference was great! My favorite talk was by M. Russel Ballard, The importance of name. I helped my mo who is the YW president put confernce packets together. Each had a little notebook, a bag of popcorn, a pen, a candy bar, tissues, and clips (tab dividers).
